Grid modernization and interconnection constraints are becoming binding. Load growth from electrification and data centers is accelerating the urgency for new capacity. We believe solar and storage are best placed to respond, with engineering and construction cycles measured in months rather than years.

At the same time, shifting federal policy has compressed project timelines, pulling capital needs forward just as traditional lenders step back. Most institutional capital is concentrated on utility-scale assets, leaving sub-50 MW projects structurally undercapitalized.

That gap is where we work.

CenterNode Energy Services is our engineering, construction, and O&M arm. Licensed engineering, general and electrical contracting, and field service sit under one accountable team, from site evaluation through long-term operation.

That field-level visibility is what lets us see projects before they need financing, underwrite viability directly, and step in hands-on when one needs it.
